About this role

Deepgram is hiring a Sales Development Representative — an entry-level SaaS sales role. This is a remote role open to candidates in United States (Remote).

What you'll do

  • ›Work with our Partnerships team, Account Executives, and your fellow SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets
  • ›Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
  • ›Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to fully articulate our value proposition
  • ›Research companies to find new speech recognition use cases and opportunities in the market

What you'll need

  • ›1+ year of customer-facing work experience in SaaS
  • ›Prior sales experience selling a technical product
  • ›Dynamic written and verbal communication skills
  • ›Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • ›Exceptional at prioritizing complex outreach schedules and managing high-frequency touchpoints
