About this role
Okta is hiring a Sales Development Representative, Latin America — an entry-level cybersecurity sales role. This is an onsite role based in Washington, DC. Compensation is $55k base with $82k on-target earnings.
What you'll do
- ›Qualify inbound interest and prospect into target accounts for Okta across calls, email and LinkedIn.
- ›Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and hit a monthly meeting quota.
- ›Research accounts and personalise outreach around real business triggers, not templates.
- ›Keep pipeline and activity clean in the CRM.
- ›Work closely with sales and marketing on messaging, ICP feedback and campaign follow-up.
What you'll need
- ›Entry-level friendly — no prior SaaS sales experience required for most listings.
- ›Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort on the phone.
- ›Resilience, coachability and consistency with daily outbound activity.
- ›Curiosity about the product, the market and the buyer.
