About this role
Anthropic is hiring a Business Development Representative — an entry-level AI sales role. This is an onsite role based in Seoul, South Korea. Compensation is $75k base with $120k on-target earnings.
What you'll do
- ›Run outbound prospecting into target accounts for Anthropic using cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn.
- ›Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and hit a monthly meeting quota.
- ›Research accounts and personalise outreach around real business triggers, not templates.
- ›Keep pipeline and activity clean in the CRM (Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gong).
- ›Work closely with sales and marketing on messaging, ICP feedback and campaign follow-up.
What you'll need
- ›Entry-level friendly — no prior SaaS sales experience required for most listings.
- ›Strong written and verbal communication, and comfort on the phone.
- ›Resilience, coachability and consistency with daily outbound activity.
